Founding team, One Point Engineering
Throughout our careers in construction we kept seeing the same problem. Owners hire a designer, a contractor and a consultant separately. When work runs late or over budget, each party points at another, and the owner is the one who pays for it.
So the three of us combined our experience in project management, construction and design to found One Point Engineering: a single point of contact that is accountable from the first drawing to handover, with pricing that is open and verifiable.
