Does an extension need a permit?
Many extensions need an alteration permit. We can check and file the application for you.
Which cracks should an engineer look at?
Cracks in columns, beams or floors, diagonal cracks in walls and cracks that keep widening should be checked by an engineer soon.
Can I stay in the house during renovation?
It depends on the scope. We plan the sequence of work to disturb you as little as possible and tell you in advance when areas should be avoided.
